For event organisers

Your show, reported from the floor.

Organisers invite The Stratawire because a working field desk turns an exhibition into a story: interviews, launches, deal announcements and the people behind them, published daily while the show runs.

On the calendar

Where the desk is heading

The shows we cover, with dates and what we publish from each, are on the shows page.

The desk has previously worked the Gastech 2026 floor in Bangkok, the original reporting this publication was built on. Live-desk coverage is at its best at events with real announcements, real exhibitors and real people to interview.

Event partnership

Partnership formats

Official media partner

Accredited media-partner status for your event, agreed with the organiser before doors open. The coverage plan is discussed with you; the editorial decisions stay with the newsroom — media partners get access and association, never control.

Live desk from the floor

A working Stratawire desk at your show: interviews with exhibitors and speakers, launch coverage, deal reporting and daily wrap-ups published while the event runs. Attendees follow the show through it — and so do the people who could not make the trip.

Pre-show exhibitor research

We research your exhibitor list before the event — who is launching what, which people to speak to, what the sector context is. The result is a research base for the desk’s coverage and a record of what your show actually contains.

Post-show report

What launched, who said what, and what it means for the sector — a published report that gives your event a life after the halls empty, written from the reporting your show produced.

The one rule

Media partnership never buys coverage

An official media partner gets access, accreditation and its name alongside our coverage of the event. What no partner gets, organiser or otherwise, is a say in what we report, whom we interview, or how a story is written.

That is what makes the coverage worth being associated with. The full separation rules are in the editorial standards.

Talk to the desk

Discuss your event

Tell us about your show (dates, sector, exhibitor profile) and what you want reported. An editor will reply personally.

We store what you submit — name, organisation, email address, phone number and message — to reply to the enquiry and keep a record of it. It is never shared or sold. To have it removed, email williamgray@thestratawire.com.
