Prices exclude VAT. Paying online takes exactly the amount shown, with no VAT added. If VAT applies to your purchase, we tell you before charging it and show it on your invoice. Enter your company name and VAT ID at checkout so they appear on your receipt.

From first call to publication
- Call or request
Book a 15-minute call or request a slot. An editor replies personally; nothing is booked yet.
- Agree
We agree the spokesperson, the topics and the time on your stand, and hold the slot while you decide.
- Deposit or invoice
Pay the 50% deposit online, or ask for an invoice against your purchase order. The deposit confirms the slot.
- Record and publish
We record at the show. You check the facts once, the balance is paid, and the assets go live, labelled Sponsored.
The rules
Sponsored is always labelled Sponsored
- Every paid asset carries a Sponsored label (Anzeige in German) where readers see it first, not in a footnote.
- Paid content is visually and structurally separate from newsroom reporting and is never presented as editorial.
- Buying a package buys the deliverables listed. It gives no influence over our independent coverage of you, your competitors or the event.
- You choose the spokesperson and propose topics; we keep the questions, the edit, the headline and the publication decision.
- You can check the finished asset for factual accuracy once before it goes live.
The method
How we work with AI
People get the access, hold the conversations and decide what is published. AI assists with research, transcription, translation and verification; every quotation we publish can be traced to a recording, and AI never creates a person’s words. Join us as a correspondent or contributor.
