These terms apply when you use the website. The commercial section also applies when a business buys a service from us. By using the site you accept them.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, photographs, audio, video and graphics on this site belong to AI Cloud Craft Ltd or are used under licence.

• You may read, share links to and quote short extracts from our stories with clear credit to The Stratawire and a link to the original.
• Republishing whole stories, photographs or video, or using them commercially, needs our written permission. Ask us; we syndicate and license content.
• Automated bulk copying of the site, including for training AI models, needs our written permission.

We work hard to be accurate, and we correct mistakes openly as set out in our editorial standards. Our reporting is information, not professional, investment or legal advice, and you should not rely on it alone when making decisions.

These terms apply to those purchases alongside the proposal or order confirmation we agree with you, which sets out the scope, deliverables, dates, price and payment schedule. • Prices exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is charged where it applies, or the reverse charge is noted on the invoice.
• Where a deposit is required, we confirm the booking when the deposit is paid. Payments are taken through Stripe or by bank transfer against our invoice.
• Cancellation and rescheduling terms are those in your proposal or order confirmation. If none are stated, deposits cover work and costs already committed and are non-refundable once we have started that work.
• Interviews and filming depend on the event organiser’s rules and the consent of the people involved. If an organiser or participant withdraws permission, we will offer an alternative or a fair adjustment.
• You confirm that you have the right to give us any material you supply (logos, images, information), and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

We link to other websites for reference; we are not responsible for their content. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data. For services you buy, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
